[NB: This is at the junction of two major Madrid streets, Alcalá and Gran Via; nearest Metro station: Banco de España; the Hotel Suecia is also adjacent . Ask Taxi drivers for "Bellas Artes" or "Banco de España".]

Round Table

Date and place: 4 December, 19.30, Sala María Zambrano, Círculo de Bellas Artes, fourth floor.

Speakers: John Kelly, Robert Bertholf, Carlos García Gual, Lucia Graves, César Antonio Molina; followed by questions.

Robert Graves Society Annual Luncheon (members and guests)

Date and place: 5 December, 14.30, Sala de Juntas, third floor.

'I, Claudius' film sessions

These will be held at three daytime sessions in the Círculo de Bellas Artes cinema during the following week.

Everyone is welcome to attend any of these events, although it is necessary to join the Robert Graves Society and register in order to attend the Annual Lunch on 5 December. Places are still available.

It is possible register online and/or to pay for both the luncheon and the 2002/03 RG Society subscription online through PayPal: Please access www.robertgraves.org and click on the "Visa/Mastercard Buy Now" icon on the Madrid luncheon information or, to subscribe, scroll a long way down the page to "Calendar of Robert Graves Society events" and click on "Register for Society membership". Then look for the "Visa/Mastercard Subscribe Now" icon. If you want to pay for both the lunch and subscription, choose one or the other then elect within PayPal's software to "continue shopping" and move within the RGS/RGT website to the other. (PayPal will remember what you are up to; if you finish up with a PayPal "shopping cart" with more than you want to buy, just alter the quantities manually or click "remove" before going on to purchase.)

If anyone is still needing travel or hotel information please either contact me or register online at www.robertgraves.org and elect to receive the hotel information.

The exhibition is expected to continue showing for several weeks. Please visit the Circulo de Bellas Artes website during December for details.

All best wishes,

Patrick
