Notes: Issued with Liddell Hart’s book of the same title. The book was designed by A.P. Tedesco.

As reported by London bookseller Peter Harrington in October 2011, the publisher issued an unknown number of copies of the Graves and Liddell Hart volunes bound as one in the publisher's blue morocco presentation binding by The French Binders (Garden City, N. Y.). Each volume is an out-of-series copy from a limited edition of 1,000 numbered copies, signed by Graves and Liddell Hart on their respective limitation leaves.
