Notes: All copies of the cloth-bound issue examined omit ‘L66’ on p. [1]; all copies examined of the issue in paper covers have ‘L66’ present on p. [1].

There is an American paper-bound issue, identical with A79a, except on better paper; 20,000 copies were printed in the United States and sold for $0.85 each.
