Printed in the U.S. This book has been translated into French, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hungarian, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Serbo-Croatian, Slovenian, Spanish and Turkish.

Anchor Books/Doublday issued a paperback impression of A105a in 1989.

Price: 36s. Number of copies: 4,022. Published 8 October 1964 in slick white dust-jacket printed in black and blue with multicoloured illustration of Adam and Eve on front. The back flap of the jacket has an advertisement for ‘The Nazarene Gospel.’

Notes: Impression: 2nd, 17 May 1965 (3,150 copies). The back flap of the jacket has quotations from reviews of The Hebrew Myths.’ Printed in Great Britain.

The price is $2.75. Higginson & Williams state that the price is $2.95. It seems possible H & W examined a later impression.

Notes: Although much of this book appears to be a photographic reprint of earlier editions, it appears to be sufficiently different to consitute a separate issue.

There was a second impression, identical to the first impression except for the change in the series of letters in the last line on the verso of the title-page: the letter “a” is dropped.

The dust-jacket design is by Morris Taub.
