Notes: This is an enlarged photographic facsimile of the miniature volume done by Graves in 1922 for the Library of Queen Mary’s Dolls House at Windsor Castle.

Doubleday & Company, Garden City, New York published an impression on 11 November 1971 using the English sheets, in a limited printing of 500 numbered copies. The limitation colophon, printed on different paper, is tipped between pp. [4]-[5]. The book is bound in black cloth stamped in gold on front and spine. The dust-jacket designed by Tony Geddes is priced $15.00.
