Notes: Printed in the United States. William Graves reports that this book was co-translated by Robert Graves and Beryl Graves. AMS Press, New York, New York issued a photographic reprint of A70a in 1975. It is bound in maroon cloth stamped in gold on the spine. Issued without a dust-jacket.
