Cassandra Editions and Academy Press Limited, Chicago published a photographic reprint of this edition in 1978. It is bound in olive-green cloth and issued in a dust-jacket priced $9.95. Some copies have the publisher’s price increase label of $12.95 pasted over the original price. Published at the same time are copies in white paper covers printed in black and red and priced $5.00. A second impression bearing the Academy Chicago imprint was published in June 1992 in pictorial paper covers at $11.00.

Notes: A77b was printed in Great Britain and bound using the laid paper sheets of A77a. This was reprinted many times in Spain over a period of some thirty years. Graves did not authorise the reprints nor did he take action to halt their publication. A few of the reprints have covers similar in colour to A77b, but most have the background colour in various shades of yellow. The dimensions of the text blocks vary considerably. In examining numerous copies of the reprints, all were printed on wove paper.
