Notes: Copies bound in blue buckram have white wove endpapers without design and the top edges are not gilt; number of copies: 350; signed by Graves. The sheets for both the original issue and the blue buckram issue became mixed during the binding process, or
perhaps were bound at random in either cloth or leather. Copies 73 and 684 are in cloth and copies 195 and 496 are leather-bound.

The Folcroft Press issued photographic reprints 1969 and 1977 and Norwood Editions issued a photographic reprint in 1978.
