Notes: Graves’s contribution is attributed in the index to Country Sentiment (A5). But in fact, that book was not published until March 1920. This is therefore the first book publication of the following poems: ‘A Ballad of Nursery Rhyme’ (pp.81–83), ‘A Frosty Night’ (p.84), ‘True Johnny’ (pp.85–86), ‘The Cupboard’ (p.87), ‘The Voice of Beauty Drowned’ (pp.88–89), and ‘Rocky Acres’ (p.90).

The title-page in some copies is a cancel.

The second impression of 1919 states on the title-page “SECOND THOUSAND” suggesting that the first impression was 1,000 copies.

There were several later impressions, an American issue, and a "Special Edition" of this title issued in 1923 is bound in orange cloth.
