There was also a hardbound issue at 3s.6d., slightly larger (19.0 × 12.7 cm.), the top edges unopened and the fore- and bottom edges untrimmed.

An American edition was published in 1923 by D. Appleton and Company, New York. The textual portion of the book is identical to B4. Hardbound in dark charcoal paper-covered boards with cream parchment spine; title labels on front cover and spine. Top and fore-edges unopened. Issued in pale blue dust-jacket printed in black. Price: $1.00.
