An American edition was published in 1923 by D. Appleton and Company, New York. The textual portion of the book is identical to B4. Hardbound in dark charcoal paper-covered boards with cream parchment spine; title labels on front cover and spine. Top and fore-edges unopened. Issued in pale blue dust-jacket printed in black. Price: $1.00.
