Price: 42s. Number of copies: 375. The colophon, p. [111], records the publication date as December 1927. According to Arnold, the actual date of publication is March 1928.

There was a facsimile reprint by Seven Dials Press, Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, 1969. Bound in red simulated-cloth stamped in gold on the spine. Issued in a white wove dust-jacket printed in red and black.
Another facsimile printing was produced by Augustus M. Kelly, Publishers, New York, 1970.
