Notes: Graves’s contribution is the letter praising Bottrall as a poet (pp.xi–xii), dated March 1939 from Montaubon-de-Bretagne.
While the exact day publication is unknown, Piccadilly Rare Books, East Sussex, offered in June 2005 a copy inscribed by the author and dated 21 May 1939.
