Price: 5s. Number of copies unknown. Published in May 1939 in a glassine jacket, unprinted save for the price, "5/- | Net", printed in black at the lower corner of the front panel.

Notes: Graves’s contribution is the letter praising Bottrall as a poet (pp.xi–xii), dated March 1939 from Montaubon-de-Bretagne.

While the exact day publication is unknown, Piccadilly Rare Books, East Sussex, offered in June 2005 a copy inscribed by the author and dated 21 May 1939.
