Presentation copies were issued in unprinted glassine dust-jacket.

Chambers states that both the presentation and trade copies have the top edges stained grey. The top edges were plain in the copy of the trade issue I examined and one of two copies of the presentation issue examined had top edges stained grey. See C822.1.

The book described in the second edition of this bibliography under B69 is the American edition that was published 31 October 1967. For the most part, that book is an abridgement of the English edition, but does have some content not present in the English edition.
