Price: £260.00 (copies 1–40) £175.00 (copies 41–300). Number of copies: 300. Published in 1975 in slipcase covered in paper printed as outside endpapers.

Notes: Graves’s contribution is the Preface (pp.[9] – [17]).

Copies numbered 1-40 are special copies and are accompanied by a portfolio containing one original illustration signed by Clarke Hatton. These copies have a Swallow blocked in gold on the back cover of the book, together with roman numerals indicating the respective number.

There were 26 copies for review numbered A-Z, and bound in tan buckram with a purple cloth spine.
